I never read a book from front to back until the age of 22. It's one of the biggest regrets of my life and I'm trying to make up for it. Reading is a great stress reliever, they allow you to become a better person. Books expand knowledge, increase empathy and understanding of different cultures, and allow you to foster a love of learning. Books and reading can provide endless opportunities for growth, learning, and enjoyment.
